Job summary

Culligan 525SK is hiring for a full-time water bottling operator in Lloydminster, SK. You''ll operate an automated bottling system, support production and quality control, and ensure bottles meet quality standards. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with full benefits after probation.

Compensation is hourly and based on performance. Requirements include a valid Class 5 driver''s licence, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 driver''s licence with clean abstract and RCMP record check.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing bending/twisting/kneeling.
  • Strong communication, reading, writing and numeracy skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, plumbing, or electrical work is an asset.
  • Solid problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good decision-making, critical thinking, and task-planning abilities.
  • Committed to safe work practices and following company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Load/unload trucks with a forklift.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot bottling equipment.
  • Perform water tests for quality control.
  • Replace bottle labels as required.
  • Fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our water bottling operation. This role involves working with our automated bottling system and playing a key part in both production and quality control to ensure every bottle meets our standards. You’ll be a vital part of keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract; clean RCMP criminal record check
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform bending/twisting/kneeling
  • Strong communication, reading, writing, and numeracy skills
  • Basic knowledge of tools, plumbing, or electrical work is an asset
  • Solid problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
  • Good decision-making, critical thinking, and task-planning abilities
  • Committed to safe work practices and following company policies

Prior forklift training, ability to back up a 22’ van body truck, and/or warehouse experience are an asset. All formal training is performed in-house by a trained senior staff member with ongoing coaching to prepare you for a successful career!
