Job summary

Webb's Machinery (Wainwright) is seeking a Washbay Attendant to join our team in Wainwright, AB. You will wash and detail a wide range of farm equipment, prepare units for delivery, and support the service department by cleaning equipment before and after service work.

The role requires safety-minded individuals who can operate a skid steer or telehandler or learn, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Outdoor work in Alberta weather is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
• Experience with farm or agricultural equipment is an asset.
• Skid steer/telehandler experience is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in Alberta weather.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail a wide range of farm equipment including tractors, combines, headers, sprayers, balers, seeding equipment and more.
• Prepare new and used equipment for delivery so every unit is clean and customer-ready.
• Clean equipment before and after service work to support the service department.
• Safely operate pressure washers and use cleaning products according to safety guidelines.
• Report any damage, leaks, missing parts or other concerns noticed while washing equipment.
• Carefully drive, operate and move farm equipment around the yard, washbay and shop.
• Stage units for service, customer pickup and delivery as directed.
• Keep the washbay, shop and yard clean, organized and safe at all times.
• Take responsibility and pride in the yard display.
• Winter: clear and move snow using a skid steer and/or telehandler, and shovel walkways and entrances.
• Summer: mow grass, whipper snip and spray weeds around the property.
• Perform all duties as assigned by Management.

• Safety-minded with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, climb onto equipment and lift up to [50] lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in all Alberta weather conditions.
• Holds a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Qualifications & Experience
