EFS-plastics Inc. in Listowel, Ontario, is seeking a Wash Line Operator to monitor processing lines, perform quality checks, and assist with some mechanical repairs. This full-time role includes weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7:00am-7:00pm) and an additional weekday eight-hour shift.

You will join a growing recycling company focused on turning plastic waste into resin pellets, with opportunities for cross-training and promotion within the EFS Group.

Formación

• Perform frequent quality checks on products.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.

• Notify the shift lead or management with any equipment related issues.
• Assist in the training of new operators.
• Additional duties as assigned.

POSITION: Wash LineOperator -New

STATUS: Full-Time; Weekends

SHIFT: Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm, with one 8 hour shift during the week

START DATE: As soon as possible.

SALARY: $20.00 - $25.66 per hour.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Wash Line Operator will primarily be responsible for monitoring processing lines, performing frequent quality checks on products as well as assisting with some mechanical repairs. They will also participate in continuous quality improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Mechanical, equipment and process knowledge.
• Forklift, Health & Safety, and First Aid certificate.
• Positive attitude and engaged in work.
• Open and adaptable to daily feedback on performance.
• Able to plan, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Reliable, consistent attendance, punctual and dependable
