Job summary

Mazergroup LTD. Brandon, Manitoba, Canada is seeking a Wash Bay Attendant to join our service team. You’ll wash, degrease, detail equipment and support shop tasks, ensuring vehicles and machines are clean, safe, and service-ready.

We value safety, reliability, and a willingness to learn. A Class 5 license is required, with forklift/WHMIS training a plus. This full-time, on-site role offers training, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow within Mazergroup.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required.
• Strong commitment to safety in everything you do.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Flexibility to work overtime or extended hours as needed.
• Willingness to obtain forklift and WHMIS certifications; previous certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Wash, degrease, and detail equipment before and after service
• Make machines look their best, inside and out
• Maintain wash bay equipment to ensure proper operation
• Manage wash bay cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Move equipment safely in and out of the shop
• Perform basic maintenance like lubrication and minor upkeep
• Help keep the wash bay, shop, and work areas clean and organized
• Support technicians with general shop tasks and minor repairs
• Help keep the workplace safe by spotting and removing hazards
• Follow all Mazergroup Safety & Health policies and participate in required training

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Join our service team as a Wash Bay Attendant, where you’ll help keep our agriculture and construction equipment clean, safe, and service‑ready. You’ll handle washing and detailing, support general shop duties, and safely move equipment in and out of the shop while maintaining a clean work area. No two days are the same, but here’s what you can expect!
