Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to support service operations by reviewing repair documentation, auditing work orders, and managing warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers. Location can be Alberta or BC, with Monday–Friday daytime hours and a salary of $75,000–$102,700 plus bonus and day-one benefits.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, technical documentation, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with implementing new warranty procedures and best practices.
• Ensure qualifying repair costs are charged to correct warranty or policy accounts.

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Review equipment warranty coverage and determine claim eligibility
• Audit service work orders and repair documentation for warranty compliance
• Prepare, submit, and track warranty and goodwill claims with manufacturers and suppliers

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with heavy equipment, construction equipment, mining equipment, or related industries
• Knowledge of warranty claim processes and manufacturer warranty programs
• Familiarity with service department operations and work order management systems
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment product knowledge
