Warranty Technical Advisor required - Marine Industry - Leisure Yachts

Location: Southampton

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm, with occasional out-of-hours on-call

Overview:

Arranging boat repairs for customers who keep their boats in various parts of the world. The role involves effective logistics coordination while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will arrange yacht repairs by organizing the Engineering team from the UK to travel or liaising with local subcontractors. Additionally, you will ensure all parts are ordered and delivered to the correct locations, maintaining clear communication with customers.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in the marine industry within the leisure yachting sector (beneficial)
• Customer-focused attitude
• Experience in a logistics-based role (beneficial)
• Ability to manage a busy workload with a positive attitude
