Dream is seeking a Warranty Service Technician to provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and act as a dedicated resource for addressing requests and enhancing the homeownership experience.

What will you do?

• Meet with homeowners to investigate deficiencies and conduct inspections.
• Conduct customer orientations and walk-throughs.
• Coordinate repair work with the Project Coordinator.
• Perform repair, warranty, and service tasks as needed.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and internal departments to ensure completion of work.
• Communicate construction seasonal matters to homeowners.
• Track warranty requests in CRM (Builder Trend) and JDE Homebuilder.

What experience and skills are required?

• At least 2 years of experience in residential home construction or customer service.
• Trade certificate in Construction or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, JDE Homebuilder & Hyphen.
• Willingness to travel daily to sites and hold a valid driver’s license.
