Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Warehouseperson to join our Mississauga location. The role focuses on inventory control and coordinating with parts and customer service to ensure accurate shipments and efficient warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will have forklift experience, stamina for physical tasks, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions while maintaining safe, organized work practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions.
  • Strong communication and reliable attendance.
  • Physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with parts and service staff to meet fill-rate goals.
  • Pick and pack parts using issued pick lists and document shipments.
  • Load trucks with finished goods.
  • Enter inventory data into the ERP system and locate items.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments for damage.
  • Count inventory as required and keep the area organized.
  • Perform tasks as directed by the manager.
  • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking a Warehouseperson to join our Peterbilt dealership in Mississauga. The Warehouseperson is responsible responsible for inventory control in a warehouse environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Work with all parts department and customer service staff to ensure fill rate goals are achieved
  • Pick, pack parts as per issued pick list and complete the required documentation to ship orders with in the set guidelines
  • Perform tasks requested by the manager
  • Locate inventory in the proper location and enter the related information into ERP system
  • Work to load trucks with finished goods
  • Inspecting outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process
  • Counting of inventory as required
  • Keeps area clean and in order at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
What We Look For
  • Must have experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Must be able to perform work-related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions (extreme heat/cold, icy/slippery conditions
  • Must have good positive communication skills and good attendance
  • Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
