Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Warehouseperson / Delivery Driver at our Sudbury location to manage inventory in a warehouse and transport automotive parts between warehouses, suppliers, and customers. You will verify orders, maintain delivery records, and provide reliable service to support daily operations.

The role supports the Parts and Warehouse teams, with responsibilities including pick/pack, ERP data entry, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in parts delivery and inventory handling required.
  • Comfort with basic computer software and ERP usage.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Good communication and reliable attendance.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to plan and organize independently.

Responsibilities

  • Fill rate goals with parts department and service staff.
  • Pick, pack parts and document shipments per guidelines.
  • Locate inventory in ERP and ensure correct locations.
  • Help load trucks with finished goods.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments for damage.
  • Count inventory as required.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance notes.
  • Maintain daily trip records and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist with rental calls and rental check-overs.
  • Keep area clean and organized.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Description

We are currently seeking a Warehouseperson / Delivery Driver to join our Peterbilt dealership in Sudbury. The Warehouseperson is responsible responsible for inventory control in a warehouse environment, and is responsible for transporting automotive or equipment parts safely and efficiently between warehouses, suppliers, and customers while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.


This role also involves verifying orders, maintaining delivery records, and providing friendly, reliable service to support daily operations.

What You Will Be Responsible For


  • Work with all parts department and customer service staff to ensure fill rate goals are achieved

  • Pick, pack parts as per issued pick list and complete the required documentation to ship orders with in the set guidelines

  • Locate inventory in the proper location and enter the related information into ERP system

  • Work to load trucks with finished goods

  • Inspecting outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process

  • Counting of inventory as required

  • Operate truck in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life

  • Perform and document daily vehicle inspections, as well as

  • Care and maintenance of delivery truck, and advise supervisor of any defects or requirements for maintenance or repair

  • Maintain daily trip records

  • Ensure timely and courteous deliveries

  • Assist with rental calls and rental check overs

  • Keeps area clean and in order at all times

  • Other duties as assigned


What We Look For


  • Previous experience in parts delivery and collection

  • General knowledge of computers and various software applications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Previous experience operating forklifts

  • Must have good positive communication skills and good attendance

  • Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to plan & organize in a self-directed environment
