Job summary

Penske Logistics Canada Ltd. in Acton Vale is seeking Warehouse Workers to join a safety‑conscious, outgoing team. You'll operate a counterbalance forklift, organize merchandise, and help load/unload trailers in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

This role expects bilingual French skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety. Base pay ranges from CAD 23.12 to CAD 26.12 per hour with an evening shift premium. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance and RRSP.

Qualifications

• Must speak French (fluent in verbal and written communication).
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Regular, predictable, and full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately organize and sort merchandise for loading.
• Load and unload trailers using a counterbalance forklift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Ensure damaged products are identified and removed upon receipt.
• Complete daily reports.
• Communicate information with other colleagues.
• Attach identification labels to pallets or mark them with identifying information.
• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport merchandise.
• Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay Rate:

• Base Rate: $23.12-$26.12 per hour
• Evening Shift Premium: $1.50 per hour (3:30p 12AM)
