Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking Warehouse Workers in Acton Vale, Canada. Great team, safety-focused culture, and opportunities to grow with the organization. The role requires acceptable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday on the morning or evening shift. Base pay is CAD 23.12–26.12 per hour with a premium for evening shifts.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stocking, scanning using WMS, and maintaining a safe workspace. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• French language ability is required for daily communication.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately organize and sort merchandise for loading.
• Load and unload trailers using a counterbalance forklift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Ensure damaged products are identified and removed upon receipt.
• Complete daily reports.
• Communicate information with other colleagues.
• Attach identification labels to pallets or mark them with identifying information.
• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to transport merchandise.
• Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay Rate

• Base Rate: $23.12-$26.12 per hour
• Evening Shift Premium: $1.50 per hour (3:30p – 12AM)
