Job Summary

The warehouse worker's primary responsibility is to process product orders, handle trailers, and meet safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. The role emphasizes product safety, quality, and legality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and pick products using Vocollect or WMS (SOGE) systems; dispatch or palletize as needed.
• Sort and palletize orders and products.
• Print, scan, and apply labels with RF scanners.
• Operate handling equipment safely, including electric pallet trucks and forklifts.
• Follow security procedures at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Less than one year of experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and handling equipment.
• Focus on quality, safety, and precision.
• Basic computer skills are an asset.
• Ability to adhere to procedures and deadlines.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, handle pallets, and lift loads between 20-50 lbs regularly, and up to 99 lbs occasionally.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

Must be able to follow policies and procedures, read and interpret information, perform basic math, use hands for handling, and conduct physical tasks throughout the warehouse. Visual acuity and full range of motion are required.

Pay Range : $16.06 - $27.02 per hour, depending on location and experience.
