What are we looking for

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com), we are looking for a Warehouse Worker located in Calgary, AB to join our expanding multinational environment. You'll be part of challenging projects that offer growth opportunities.

What you will do

Assist in our warehouses (Natural Stone Slab Yard) to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks include preparing merchandise, receiving and processing stock, loading/unloading trucks and containers, and organizing finished products for shipping. You will ensure the effective distribution of Cosentino products.

You need the ability to follow instructions and work systematically. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Production, and Distribution teams.

• Load and unload products for trucks, flatbeds, or containers.
• Move products within the warehouse using forklifts or overhead cranes.
• Prepare Metal A-frame return shipments.
• Repair or rebuild Wooden A-frames for LTL shipments.
• Move waste from containers to dumpsters.
• Report quality issues by reviewing incoming and outgoing products for damages.
• Operate according to SOPs and JSAs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

Required:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years operating warehouse equipment (cranes, forklifts, etc.).
• Previous industry experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Skills

Required:

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours daily.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Wage Range

The starting hourly rate is $20-$22.

Pay may vary based on location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
