The Warehouse Worker I is responsible for providing superior sales support and customer service by collaborating with the distribution team in receiving, warehousing, and fulfilling orders, aligned with organizational lean objectives.

What does the role involve?
  • Preparing and shipping outbound parcels and receiving inbound products.
  • Maintaining expertise by reviewing and managing ERP system transactions.
  • Contributing to team goals and meeting performance targets.
  • Keeping the work environment safe and organized.
  • Preparing Hazmat paperwork for shipments via UPS / FedEx.
  • Preparing Bills of Lading.
  • Controlling inventory through equipment use and cycle counts.
  • Ensuring quality service standards are met.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and good math skills.
  • Experience with power equipment (forklift, pallet jack).

  • Flexibility in schedule and a high sense of urgency.

Physical and Safety Requirements:
