Job summary

IAMGOLD Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Technician at the Côté Gold Mine Site in Ontario. You will maintain warehouse organization, receive goods, store materials, and dispatch orders to support mining operations in a demanding site environment.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate stock records, with a 14-on/14-off rotation. A Grade 12 education and at least 6 months in an industrial warehouse are required.

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency and advanced digital literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental protocols across various work settings.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency; valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials in WHMIS compliance.
• Monitor performance, produce reports, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure service quality and resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members, communicate effectively, and support training and operational reliability.

About The Role

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the maintenance and organization of Côté Gold’s warehouses. They perform goods receiving, storage and dispatch tasks for the range of items and materials required for the full functioning of Côté Gold operations. This role is located at the Cote Gold Mine Site on a 14 on, 14 off rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization, inventory control, and accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to manage materials flow.
• Plan, monitor, and execute the storage, receipt, dispatch, and delivery of materials and orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using various types of forklifts and material handling equipment, ensuring proper handling and placement of goods.
• Order, receive, rotate, count, and stock materials to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials in compliance with WHMIS standards.
• Monitor performance, produce reports, and support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure service quality and resolve issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members, communicate effectively, and support training and operational reliability.

Job Qualifications

Key Skills & Knowledge

Grade 12 or equivalent.

Relevant Experience

6 months or more of experience in a constructions and/or industrial warehouse environment.

Salary Range: $70,800-$106,200 + bonus
