Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions in Mississauga, ON, is seeking reliable Warehouse Team Members for a busy operation. The role focuses on order processing, RF scanning, and accurate fulfillment to meet customer requirements.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts during peak season. A minimum of one year warehouse or general labour experience and basic data-entry skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse or general labour experience.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Order Assembly & Verification: Check, assemble, and prepare products according to customer order requirements.
• RF Scanning & Data Entry: Use RF scanners and computer workstations to consolidate products and process order information.
• Shipping Documentation: Print shipping labels and order verification sheets to support accurate and timely shipments.
• Quality Control: Verify product descriptions, quantities, and lot codes to ensure every order meets customer requirements.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventory audits and help maintain accurate stock records.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and organized work environment.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Properly dispose of cardboard, strapping, scrap materials, and other packaging waste.
• Teamwork & Compliance: Follow established procedures, workplace policies, and safety standards while contributing to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 1 year of warehouse or general labour experience.
• Previous experience using an RF scanner.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills, with strong data-entry accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to verify quantities, product information, and lot codes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• A positive attitude, dependable work habits, and a strong commitment to quality.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• The physical ability to stand, walk, and lift approximately 30 lbs repeatedly and safely throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work additional weekday or weekend shifts during peak periods, as required.
• An asset: Experience working with an automated Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Education: Some high school education required; a high school diploma is preferred.
