Job summary

JYSK Canada is seeking a Warehouse Colleague to help unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom, while supporting the sales floor and cash team. You must maintain safety standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers, with strong product knowledge and accurate scanning.

Qualifications

• Operate pallet jack and warehouse equipment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Decide shipping/receiving per guidelines.
• Independent and proactive.
• 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stock and retrieve merchandise in the backroom.
• Support sales floor and cash team as needed.
• Maintain safety and follow safe work practices.
• Provide fast, friendly service and inform customers of sales.
• Keep product presentation updated and stock replenished.
• Assist with pricing changes and flyer products; ensure accurate scanning.
