Job summary

JYSK Canada is hiring a Warehouse Colleague to manage store logistics, unload and stock merchandise, and assist both sales floor and cash teams. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and product knowledge to maintain floor presentation and pricing changes.

You will support stock replenishment, flyer product handling, and ensure efficient checkout processes with accurate scanning. The position offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred (1+ year).
• Ability to operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to make decisions related to shipping/receiving.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom.
• Support sales floor team and cash team as needed.
• Ensure safety and safe work practices in the warehouse.
• Provide fast and friendly service and keep customers informed on sales and promotions.
• Maintain product knowledge and presentation on the floor; replenish stock.
• Assist with flyer products and pricing changes; assist at checkout with scanning.
