Leon’s Furniture Limited is seeking a self-motivated Full Time Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy warehouse operation and ensure efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The role focuses on team leadership, safety, training, and accurate reporting, with opportunities for growth across our coast-to-coast Canadian network. A Class 5 license and a proactive, positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Ability to train and develop others to succeed.
• Willingness to relocate if needed.
• Class 5 license is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, delivery, merchandising, packaging and maintenance.
• Help manage the warehouse team.
• Ensure accurate and secure handling of product; balance large inventory.
• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of lift trucks, bins, and service vehicles.
• Training and people development.
• Complete, review and distribute warehouse reports regularly.
• Resolve customer issues; ensure safe delivery of product.
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are met.
• Lead health and safety and warehouse meetings.
• Occasional driving of a three-ton truck for deliveries; Class 5 license.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of a busy warehouse with several areas of responsibility, including shipping and receiving, inventory, delivery, merchandising, packaging and maintenance
• Help manage the warehouse team
• Ensuring the accurate and secure handling of product; balancing a large inventory
• Overseeing maintenance and ensuring safe operation of lift trucks, warehouse bins, delivery trucks, service vehicles
• Training and people development
• Completing, reviewing and distributing warehouse reports regularly
• Resolving customer issues; ensuring safe delivery of product
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are met
• Ensuring general safety and security of store and employees
• Chairing Health and Safety and warehouse meetings
• Other duties as assigned
• Occasional driving of a three-ton truck for customer deliveries
• Class 5 license
