Job summary

Leon's Furniture is seeking a self-motivated Part Time Warehouse Associate who is enthusiastic, hardworking and driven towards success. In this role you will handle heavy merchandise, support inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

You will join a Canadian company with a long history and coast-to-coast presence, offering profit sharing, discounts, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Follow Health & Safety and Workplace guidelines.
• Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks.
• Complete inspections with the Service department and customers.
• Complete an Accessory Inventory semi-annually.
• Pick and place inventory.
• Move and assemble product on the showroom.
• Complete fridge handle changes and in-warehouse assembly.
• Unwrap and re-wrap products for delivery or pickup.
• Complete customer pickups and safely load customer vehicles.
• Complete deliveries when required.
• Performing various other duties, as assigned.

Compensation:

The starting rate for this position is $18.00; skill set and experience will be taken into consideration for total remuneration of role
