Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations.You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, maintaining inventory levels, and supervision of hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong preference for supervisory or management experience.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (, Manhattan, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment (, forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Manhattan WMS, Oracle E1
  • Knowledge of warehousing best practices and regulatory requirements.
