Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by ensuring the availability of products to meet customer needs and improve productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for developing and training capable frontline union and non-union employees.

Responsibilities

1. Leading a team of frontline warehouse employees to fulfill customer orders while ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
2. Understanding and achieving performance standards including Dynamic Picking, Safety, and Regulatory management.
3. Training and coaching frontline employees—setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing and rewarding good performance.
4. Demonstrating and leveraging knowledge of warehouse operations including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, settlement, and Ministry of Transportation regulations.
5. Working closely with the Product Availability Manager and Sales Manager to align team goals with the Annual Operating Plan objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry preferred.
• Demonstrated planning and organization skills.
• Proven front-line supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
