Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages Canada in Delta, BC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure product availability and drive productivity. The PAS is responsible for developing and training capable front line unionized employees.

You will manage an afternoon shift (2 PM - 10 PM) / Mon-Fri, lead by example, train staff, and support payroll and scheduling. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years warehousing experience, with SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience in warehousing required.
• 2+ years work experience in a supervisory position preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Understands and transfers warehouse operations knowledge to others including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, settlement and Department Of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Understands and achieves performance standards including Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety and Regulatory management
• Aligns team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives
• Develops others by training frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance
• Supporting Payroll and Scheduling and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200
