Job summary

HD Supply Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ontario to handle receiving, inventory, order processing and customer service tasks. You will verify shipments, count stock, pack and label items, and prepare merchandise for storage.

Work includes operating equipment such as forklifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in line with company policies. The role requires a HS Diploma or GED and typically 2–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred and related training possible.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in warehouse tasks.
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system and matches packing lists.
• Records receiving data using computer and prepares items for storage.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items with labels or tags.
• Identifies incorrect/short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Delivers products to designated areas and may operate forklift.
• Verifies stock counts and inspects items for wear or defects.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety policies.
