Job summary

Advantage Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver in Toronto, ON to support a busy plumbing and heating products distributor. The role emphasizes accurate packing, labeling, shipping, and maintaining inventory locations in a fast-paced environment.

Must have 2–3 years of related experience, ability to lift 40–50 lbs, good communication skills, and strong safety focus. Forklift experience is an asset; training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship products to customers.
• Memorize and track product locations.
• Operate industrial-powered equipment (forklift, pump trucks, etc).
• Restock and replenish bins as necessary.
• Prepare pallet loads and conduct quality checks of products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety in the warehouse.
• Check goods quality in shipping/receiving areas.
• Follow regulatory and company policies and procedures.
