Primary Responsibilities

The Warehouse Safety Manager oversees safety processes and compliance, aiming to reduce accidents and promote a safety culture.

Essential Functions

• Ensure safety compliance with management
• Evaluate and implement safety programs
• Conduct safety inspections and audits
• Manage incident analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation
• Promote safety culture through training and activities
• Participate in safety planning and initiatives
• Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
• Oversee drug testing programs
• Perform other safety-related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OSHA, Cal-OSHA, DOT regulations
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to influence and motivate teams

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, sit, stand, walk, and climb. Work environment varies with temperature and noise levels. Accommodations available for disabilities.
