Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Warehouse Runner to support game day and event operations by ensuring timely delivery of products and supplies across the stadium. This role helps keep concessions, retail, and back-of-house areas stocked in a fast-paced, live event environment.

Hourly wage starts at $18.50; final compensation will reflect skills, experience, and internal equity. This position may require evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with event schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours.
• Experience in warehouse, stadium, or hospitality is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Transport food, beverage, and retail stock from the warehouse to concession stands and service areas.
• Restock inventory during events to ensure continuous operations.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries before and after events.
• Communicate with supervisors and stand leads to prioritize urgent stock needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and warehouse areas.
• Support inventory counts and end-of-event breakdown/returns.
• Follow all health & safety and food safety guidelines.

The hourly wage rate for this position is $18.50. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
