Job summary

SaskBattery in Saskatoon is seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual for a full-time role at our Saskatoon location. You will assist with warehouse tasks, install and test automotive batteries, and support shop operations while handling in-city deliveries as needed.

Great attention to detail and basic computer skills are required, along with a valid Class 5 driver's license. Weekend rotation is included with overtime.

• Ability to operate POS systems and Sage accounting software.

Job description

Location: Saskatoon - Full-Time

SaskBattery is part of the largest independent battery company in Western Canada with 13 locations.

We are looking for a reliable, and customer focused individual to join our team full time at our Saskatoon location.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse tasks including sorting, labeling, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment
• Install, service, and test automotive batteries for customers
• Help with various tasks around the shop to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform in city deliveries as required
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Proficiency with POS systems and Sage accounting software
• Strong customer service skills
• Saturday rotation (10am-3pm) paid at overtime rates

Compensation and Benefits

• $24.00 per hour to start
