Job summary

Marmon/Keystone Canada Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Headingly, Manitoba to process customer orders safely and efficiently while maintaining inventory integrity.

The role supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, order processing, and equipment operation. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and cranes, picking and packing according to specifications, cutting material with saw equipment, and ensuring accurate stock verification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is the minimum requirement.
• Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or related field is an asset.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and seeing orders through from pick to pack.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move material and load/unload trucks.
• Order Processing: Pick, package, and prepare material according to customer specifications and work orders.
• Equipment Operation: Operate saw equipment (band saw, cold saw, etc.) to cut material accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Receive stock, verify material, and put away in appropriate warehouse locations.
• System Transactions: Receive stock, verify material, and put away in appropriate warehouse locations.
• Safety Focus: Follow all safety procedures, perform daily equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to support warehouse operations and business needs.
