An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Person for a temporary position in Red Deer. Warehouse Person (MSA) - Temporary page is loaded
Duties and Responsibilities:
General Warehouse duties
Picking and packing customer and branch parts orders for shipment
Sorting and binning incoming stock
Loading and unloading of the parts trucks
Dismantling and reassembly of racking
Adhering to strict timelines
Variety of other duties as assigned
This is a Monday to Friday (5x2) Shift Schedule
**Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement**
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to successfully work under minimal supervision
TDG and WHMIS certification, coupled with forklift training will be considered assets
Previous warehousing and core inspection experience, as well as computer literacy are also desired
Forklift training, and experience working with radio frequency and bar coding technology would be assets
A strong commitment to safety is imperative
