Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking warehouse personnel for a state-of-the-art facility in West Edmonton. You will participate in a 7x7 continuous day shift (7am–7pm, Wednesday through Tuesday) handling shipping/receiving, inventory control, and general maintenance.

The role requires accuracy and safety, with opportunities for wage increases and benefits. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, following procedures, supporting teammates and customers, and contributing to cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing and/or RF Scanner experience would be considered an asset.
• Hold or be willing to achieve crane, forklift and related safety training certifications such as WHIMS and TDG.
• A strong commitment to safety is imperative.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts trucks by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Adhere to shipping and receiving policies/procedures and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Provide assistance as needed to co-workers and customers (internal and external).
• Participate in annual cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse and yard storage areas to align with Finning standards and to ensure a safe work environment.
• Accurately sort and assign bin location for incoming stock.
• Other duties as required.

Important Information

Continuous Shift runs 7x7 - Wednesday through Tuesday, 12 hrs/day (7am – 7pm) Candidate Selection will be in accordance with the current CBA Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.
