Salary: $21.370 - $24.775 (range varies based on experience and qualifications)

Shared Health coordinates health services across Manitoba. The role involves filling orders, stocking shelves, inventory counts, and operating warehouse equipment.

Experience:

  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Experience operating electric forklifts and/or high-stackers required, capable of handling loads up to 4000 lbs and stacking up to 22 feet high.

Education:

  • Minimum Grade 12 or Manitoba Standards required.

Training & Certification:

  • WHMIS training required.
  • On-the-job training on Warehouse Inventory Management system provided.
  • Forklift and Low Lift Pallet Mover certificates from recognized training required, may vary by site.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Effective communication in English.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the facility/site is an asset.
  • Honesty and integrity as custodians of inventory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting (up to 55 lbs.), pushing, pulling.
  • Handling pallets up to 2,100 lbs., working at heights up to 22 feet.
  • Ability to operate loading/unloading equipment and handle hazardous materials per WHMIS.
