The role requires 1+ year in warehousing, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with emails and basic computer use. Forklift experience is a plus, and the team emphasizes safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using manual material handling equipment is an asset.
• Experience with plumbing parts and materials is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to work consistently per schedule.
• Load/unload materials from delivery and courier vehicles.
• Assist driving team to ensure on-time departures.
• Verify products on order are accurate and counts correct.
• Put-away products when mistakes are found.
• Answer phone calls when supervisors are unavailable.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person or by phone.
• Maintain neat and organized inventory and a clean workspace.
• Comply with all safety, operations, and policy rules.
