Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking an Order Picker to support the Service Desk team in-store. You will gather merchandise to fill customer orders, carefully packing and labeling items for storage and delivery, and assist with basic POS transactions as needed.

Working in a warehouse environment, you’ll follow safety guidelines, operate order picker equipment and reach trucks, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Distribution experience an asset.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks and order picker equipment.

Responsibilities

• Gather product mix to fill all orders promptly using the Order Fulfillment Application.
• Label, pack, and load orders for delivery or curbside pickup.
• Handle basic customer transactions (POS) and support inquiries when needed.
• Follow Safety and Loss Prevention policies and operate equipment safely.
