We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic Logistics Team in Stoney Creek!
This role involves working in a busy warehouse environment handling wine and spirits, where you’ll play a key part in assembling customer orders, managing inventory, and supporting production. You’ll be expected to work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively with fellow team members.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Extended health and dental benefits are available on day 1!
Pick, pack, and prepare various orders (LCBO, VEW, Direct to Licensee, Out of Province Transfers, Estates Wines Group, Non-Wine) ensuring products are damage-free and properly documented.
Accurately assemble orders and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Ensure all outbound shipments are properly labeled and accompanied by required documentation (e.g., bills of lading).
Support inventory control by documenting and reporting accurate inventory counts.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and courteous manner.
Perform daily tow motor checks and report any mechanical issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist with general warehouse organization and cleaning as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Grade 12 education (or equivalent).
Valid Forklift License (Electric Counterbalance) preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Reliable work habits and a strong commitment to health and safety.
Ability to meet productivity targets and inventory-handling standards.
A team player who is courteous and professional in all interactions.
This position is located in a climate-controlled warehouse that stores and distributes wine and spirits. Applicants should be comfortable working around alcohol and able to lift and handle cases safely.
