Job summary

Calfrac Well Services is hiring a Warehouse Operator to join the Warehouse department. You will handle distribution, storage and inventory control of materials, reporting to the Supervisor, Warehouse.

The role involves manual and equipment-assisted material handling and collaboration with other departments. The position requires 1–3 years in a warehouse/logistics setting, inventory management experience, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 an asset).

• 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics environment.
• Inventory management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; Class 1 would be an asset.

• Load and unload materials using handling equipment or by hand.
• Manage spill control of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with regulations.
• Assist Fracturing and Maintenance Departments as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Warehouse Operator will be a member of the Warehouse department responsible for the distribution and storage of materials, supplies, and other products for Calfrac. Reporting to the Supervisor, Warehouse, the Warehouse Operator will focus on maintaining physical inventory levels and product requirements.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload materials, supplies, or products with the use of material handling equipment (i.e forklift, pallet jack, skid steers) and / or by hand (i.e. regularly load chemical vans for field operations)
• Manage spill control of materials
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse facility for materials in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist Fracturing and Maintenance Departments as needed

SCHEDULE

Eight (8) days on, followed by six (6) days off, ten (10) hour days

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics environment
• Inventory management experience
• Valid class 5 drivers licence or equivalent required
• Satisfactory drivers abstract required
• Class 1 drivers licence would be an asset
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
