Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Status: Permanent, full-time (1) – 40 hours/week
Level: 3

Join our warehouse operations team in Edmonton for a dynamic, full-time role where two days are never the same. We provide hands-on training in lift and equipment operation, working with heavy tanks and large-scale storage systems. Whether starting out or seeking growth, build a rewarding career with us.

We seek a motivated, autonomous, and team-oriented individual to be a Warehouse Operator. Responsibilities include receiving and shipping commodities for sectors like Oil and Gas or Industrial, and learning about Health, Safety, and Environment, and Responsible Distribution.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Receiving, storing, and shipping stock items according to policies and protocols.
  2. Railcar unloading and material handling duties.
  3. Supporting safety programs (TDG, WHMIS, ISO, Responsible Distribution).
  4. Maintaining warehouse equipment including lift-trucks and scales.
  5. Participating in training programs.
  6. Assisting with Heating Plant boiler operation and maintenance.
  7. Operating forklift trucks with proper certification.
  8. Processing paperwork like warehouse releases, bills of lading, and certificates of analysis.
  9. Reviewing shipment lists to meet customer needs.
  10. Conducting physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  11. Communicating with logistics, customer service, and procurement teams.

Requirements and skills:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical industry (asset).
  3. Good physical condition for manual tasks and outdoor work.
  4. Strong team spirit, motivation, and efficiency under pressure.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to wear full PPE and pass a respirator fit test.
  7. Knowledge of WHMIS and TDG regulations (asset).
  8. Valid forklift certification (asset).
  9. 5th Class Power Engineering certification (asset).
