Job summary

LGLNA in Torrance, CA seeks an experienced Manager of Warehouse Operations to lead multi-site teams and drive operational excellence across our regional warehouses. • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all warehouses.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Oversee daily operations of all warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and operations metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes.
• Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
