• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 12 to 16 warehouse employees.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipment and resources.
• Track performance metrics aligned with the Logistics Manager’s goals.
• Maintain organized zones and monitor safety compliance.
