Job summary

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops at Cardinal Health assists on Inbound or Outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. Inbound positions receive products into the facility and outbound ships products to customers.

Responsibilities include following SOPs to process orders, picking, packing, loading, and preparing orders for shipment. Proficient use of WMS and operation of material handling equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• RF scanner/voice picking experience highly preferred.
• Able to operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Willingness to learn and rotate through areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, pack, and ship.
• Pick large or small items and prepare for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Utilize WMS to check in and out products, follow regulations for refrigerated items.
• Operate order picker, forklift, and other equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report concerns.
• Support routine tasks and participate in associate meetings.
