Advance Pallet and Lumber Ltd. in Rocky View, AB is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. The role involves loading, unloading, and moving materials by hand or with basic equipment, shipping orders, and maintaining accurate stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and English fluency with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a permanent, full-time position with varied shift timings.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.
• Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and up to 30 lbs (13.5 kg).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic handling equipment.
• Ship orders and pick stock for fulfillment.
• Weigh materials and goods.
• Pack and unpack shipments as required.
• Sort, crate, and stack goods for storage and transport.
• Install, lash, and secure goods for shipment.
• Store cargo and materials in designated areas.
• Transport and distribute materials and goods within the facility.
• Organize inventories and use inventory control systems.
