Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ontario Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and fulfillment.
• Manage scheduling, coaching, and approvals.
• Drive process improvements and KPI reporting.

What You’ll Lead

Warehouse operations : shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory

A dedicated team : Lead Hands, Associates, Drivers

Scheduling, coaching, and timesheet approvals (via HRIS)

Health & Safety culture + daily team huddles

Process improvements, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration

NetSuite WMS + RF scanning oversight

What You Bring

• 5+ years of warehouse leadership (distribution / logistics)
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills
• Experience with NetSuite WMS (or other WMS platforms)
• Familiarity with Ontario H&S and ESA compliance
• Forklift / MHE certification is an asset
