Job summary

CoCo Bubble Tea in Calgary is seeking a hands-on Facilities Supervisor to direct the daily operations of our shop and support spaces. The role ensures safety, efficiency, and reliability of equipment, infrastructure, and services at the on-site location.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, hire and train staff, and coordinate admin services, reporting findings to management to keep our operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• On-site work at the physical location (no remote option).

Responsibilities

• Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities.
• Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
• Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Plan, hire, and supervise staff; manage the facility's budget.
• Coordinate administrative services such as signage, cleaning, parking, and security.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and organize inventory.
