Job summary

People Store Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Management System & Integration Specialist to support warehouse technology, system integrations, and new-client onboarding across operations, IT and external providers.

The role focuses on optimizing WMS, ERP and TMS platforms, coordinating onboarding projects, and delivering seamless transitions into ongoing operations for clients. You will work with operations, sales and finance to implement efficient solutions and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of warehouse management and warehouse systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation and 3PL operations.
• Expertise with WMS, ERP and TMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases.
• Ability to read XML and X12 formats.
• Experience with EDI, APIs and FTP transfer protocols.
• Strong project-management, problem-solving and client-facing skills.
• Experience with RF Pathways WM1, Techship, WorldShip, EasyPost or CargoWise is an asset.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Management System & Integration Specialist to join a well-established organization within the warehousing, logistics and 3PL industry.

This position will play an important role in supporting warehouse technology, system integrations and new-client onboarding. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, IT, external system providers and clients to ensure efficient implementations and seamless transitions into ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and optimizing WMS, ERP and TMS platforms


• Leading system onboarding and integration projects for new clients


• Coordinating EDI, API and FTP-based integrations


• Troubleshooting system and operational issues
