Job summary

Liebherr Canada Ltd. is seeking a detail-focused Shipper/Receiver to support warehouse operations. You will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack and ship parts and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.

Your role involves operating material-handling equipment, completing transactions in the inventory system, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth material flow and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when handling items and documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team members and partners.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, picking lists, packing slips and shipping instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and inspect shipments; verify item IDs, quantities and condition against orders.
• Document shortages, damage and discrepancies for follow-up.
• Identify, label and store parts in designated locations with accurate locations in physical and system records.
• Process receipts, stock movements, and warehouse transactions in the inventory system.
• Pick, pack and stage orders, ensuring protection and timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping labels and arrange carrier pickups and deliveries.
