Job summary

Innomar Strategies, part of the Cencora family, seeks a logistics support professional in Canada to verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment data, and to update warehouse systems to maintain data integrity. You will track fleet activity, prepare dispatch documentation, and help resolve inventory discrepancies for timely fulfillment and traceability.

CSCP is preferred; 2+ years in warehouse or distribution ops is expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in warehouse support or distribution ops.
CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
Knowledge of receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
Familiar with warehouse and transportation documentation and record maintenance.
Ability to maintain transaction visibility across logistics workflows.

Responsibilities

Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support product movement.
Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes.
Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement for schedule adherence.
Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for processing.
Review exceptions involving deliveries, returns, or inventory discrepancies and route issues.
Confirm handling and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.
