Job summary

Cencora, via Innomar Strategies, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support transportation, receiving, storage and shipment processes in Canada. This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and involves maintaining data integrity across logistics systems.

You will assist with dispatch documentation, track inventory movements, and help resolve routine operational issues. The position offers a 12-month contract with benefits and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation and transaction controls.
• Ability to process routine operational activities within established procedures.
• Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues and support resolution.
• Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts for operational information.
• Ability to support continuous improvement changes within defined guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support product movement.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedules.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt and related documentation.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or routes issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and fulfillment.
