Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and order fulfillment within our warehouse environment. You may perform roles in Warehouse Inventory Control or Warehouse Clerk, operating forklifts and other MHE while following safety procedures.

You will be essential to Staples Supply Chain, ensuring accurate product handling and timely service to customers, with emphasis on teamwork and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Able to perform and understand warehouse operations.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Proficient in Windows software (Word/Outlook/Excel) and WMS systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork to ensure customer outcomes.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures and MHE certification.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, cherry picker, turret, electric pallet jack).
• Confirm accuracy of products and address discrepancies with teammates.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety practices and participate in safety culture.
