Job summary

ScanDesigns is seeking a Furniture Distribution Warehouse Employee in Coquitlam, BC. This full-time, permanent role offers training on-site with compensation of $22–$26 per hour and benefits after probation.

You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and product movement. Experience with narrow isle order pickers is preferred, and the ability to lift heavy furniture safely is required.

Qualifications

• Furniture assembly experience is an asset; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift large pieces of furniture safely.
• Main responsibilities include inventory control and moving product efficiently and accurately.

About the Role

• ScanDesigns is looking for a Warehouse employee to help with the day-to-day operations of our Coquitlam distribution center.
• This is an entry-level position and training will be given on-site but preference will be given to those with experience with order pickers and warehouse logistics.

What You'll Do

• Assisting with assembly, preparation, and movement product within our warehouse.
• Pulling, inspecting, and wrapping sold merchandise for delivery.
• General duties as required such as loading and unloading containers and trucks.

What We're Looking For

• Experiences for assembly furniture are an asset but not a requirement. The training will be provided, and you need to be willing to learn quickly.
• Applicants should have the ability to lift large pieces of furniture smartly and safely.
• Your main responsibilities will be taking control of the inventory and ensuring the product is moved efficiently and accurately.
