Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Georgetown facility. The role supports the warehouse team, handles administrative duties, and upholds Saputo’s quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will monitor loading, coordinate trailer movements, liaise with customer service, and manage daily efficiency reports. Requires post-secondary training and 5+ years office experience, with ERP/WMS familiarity. Equity and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary training in General Business/Administration/Accounting; minimum 5 years office experience.
• Previous dispatcher experience is an asset.
• Solid leadership skills and ability to direct people and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with Excel/Word; ERP or WMS system experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loading activities and document on the load control sheet; distribute orders to loaders.
• Coordinate trailer movements and provide route documents to Owner Operators.
• Liaise with customer service to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with supervisors on daily efficiency and problem areas.
• Generate documentation for reloads and invoicing; plan trailer requirements.
